1. Product use:

When the condensate point of crude oil is high, the dosage of the agent can be appropriately increased. When the steam hubbling pretreatment in heavy oil block, the hot water of the combined station can be used in 1:100. The well temperature is generally not lower than 60℃ when it is used. The prepared solution is injected into the well from the wellbore space. Through the function of the pump, the reagent and heavy oil are fully miscible, so as to achieve the purpose of viscosity reduction and exploitation. The use, proportion and concentration can be determined according to the actual water content of the well.

2. Performance Characteristics:

1. Low temperature resistant heavy oil emulsifier is a kind of high efficiency viscosity reducing agent designed according to some low temperature oil reservoirs. It is composed of a variety of new surfactants and auxiliaries.

2. Its application mechanism is the low surface tension, low oil-water interfacial tension and strong water wetting characteristics of viscosity reducing agent, so that when the crude oil and surfactant are mixed in water, they decompose quickly and emulsify into O/W emulsion with very low viscosity.

3, small dosage, high viscosity reduction, high emulsification stability, easy to break milk. High viscosity reduction efficiency (viscosity reduction rate of 15℃ above 90%), suitable for emulsion viscosity reduction of heavy oil mining and transportation.
