Polyol-ether Borate Ester For Breaking Fluid

Product introduction

This polyol-ether borate, with very high dry and wet boiling points as well as excellent low temperature kinematic viscosity, is designed to provide a solution for brake fluid boiling point retention and product water-resistant effect, minimizing the effects of water or water absorption in the brake fluid. In a suitable base fluid, the kinematic viscosity of the brake fluid produced at -40℃ is between 800mm2/s and 1400mm2/s, and the wet boiling point is above 180℃. 


Application:

Polyol ether borate in appropriate polyether or additives, can be blended to meet the standards: GB 12981-2012HZY3HZY4HZY5HZY6

FMVSS:Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard

FMVSS is the minimum requirement for vehicle safety in the United States.The requirements for brake fluids in the standard are defined by the DOT Classification standard.

FMVSS No.116 DOT3FMVSS No.116DOT 4FMVSS No.116 DOT5.1 do not contain silicon.

The recommended dosage is above 30% for HZY4, DOT4, J1704, and BF-4,

70% for DOT5.1and 80% forDOT6.

SAE: Society of Automotive Engineers

SAE International is the leading organization for research and development of standards for the U.S. transportation industry.

 

SAE J1703, SAE J1704 standards.

ISO: International StandardizationOrganization

ISO strives to harmonize various issues related to industry standards around the world, with the ultimate goal of publishing international standards.

 

ISO 4925 Class 3, ISO 4925 Class 4, ISO 4925 Class 5-1, ISO 4925 Class 6.

GB: Pinyin acronym for GuoBiao, which means China's mandatory national standard.

National standards in China are formulated by the standardization administrative department under the State Council. The requirements for brake fluid in the standard are defined by the HZY classification standard.

JIS: Japanese Industrial Standard

JIS is responsible for setting JIS K2233 Class 3, JIS K2233 Class 4, JIS K2233 Class 5, JIS K2233 Class 6.

Package/storage/transportation:

Packing details: 200L/Iron drum, or as per customer’s request; IBC; marks/retention sample/acceptance of delivery according to SHO164 standard.

Storage conditions:

The recommended maximum operating temperature should not exceed 75°C;

The maximum long-term storage temperature should not exceed35°C.

Storage life: 2 years (10~35°C temperature)

Transportation: highway drum/railway tanker/highway tanker.
