G2835 Neopentyl Polyols Ester

Product introduction

This ester is manufactured by blending neopentyl polyols and saturated fatty acids, then refined by a special post-treatment process. It is a kind of steric hindrance polyol ester, with excellent oxidation stability and anti-wear property, excellent solubility. 

Key functions : dissolving insoluble additives, making the additive balance; dissolving carbon deposition, to ensure the engine clean;

Common collocations: PAO, GTL, 5 to 15% added.

Application:

General engine oil (mineral oil +G2835) 5~15%;High-end automotive engine oil (PAO/GTL+G2835) 5~25%;Industrial gear oil and wind power generation gear oil 5~10%;

Adding neopentyl polyol ester to internal combustion engine oil enables to extend drain intervals and improve fuel economy. The high polarity of the synthetic ester allows the ester to adsorb very well to the frictional working interface and is immediately functional at the moment of operation (90% of mechanical wear occurs at the moment of start-up). Low volatility and low residual carbon. Prolonged oil change intervals. High lubricity and low friction. Excellent fuel economy.
