Synthetic ester-type transformer insulating oil is synthesized from various saturated fatty acids and pentaerythritol under special conditions. It features excellent lubricity, low expansion coefficient, outstanding insulation properties and high breakdown voltage. It also has outstanding flame retardancy, extremely high thermal oxidation stability and ultra-low moisture content. It can be widely applied in power transformers up to 238kW, traction transformers, pole-mounted transformers, transformers with branch switches, etc.
